Launched with the 2009 vintage, the Archangel is an exceptional micro cuvée thoroughly vinified by Gabriel Ardouin on an assembly 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon selected on the best plots in the estate.Vinified entirely in 500 -liter barrels and then high 18 months in new barrels, this tailor -made wine of great finesse and aromatic purity is only produced in 700 copies.
