Laurent takes hold of the torch in 1996 and ensures the whole technical part of the vineyard and the cellar, with one objective: to highlight this single terroir. In 2005, for the shared love of beautiful and good wine, friendship with friends and family, Laurent and his wife Caroline, met on school benches, embarked on their own adventure.Since then, these two enthusiasts of their profession and their field have endeavored to develop a "pleasure" wine that resembles them, with respect for the soil which gave birth to it and demonstrates its incredible qualities.Their ambition: to transmit by their product these values which are close to their hearts! The average age of the vineyard is 45 years, the grape varieties consists of 65% Merlot, round and flexible, and 35% Cabernet Franc, which gives structure and finesse.
