Located in this close admirably exposed valley which gives birth to the stream of the same name. The Château Canterane, owned by the family for almost four centuries, spreads its vineyard on clay-limestone slopes, sunny which give its wine a particular sap. 10 hectare property, grape variety: 80% Merlots and 20% of Cabernets francs. Culture is reasoned with stripping and green harvest in order to improve quality. The harvest is manual with selective sorting. As for the vinification: .Cold maceration in order to intensify the color and get fruit. .Temperature control (30 °) during the fermentation. .Cuvison of approximately 18/20 days to obtain fleshy and fruit. Château Canterane is operated by the Trabut-Cussac family
