Belonging to the Merias family for 5 generations, the Cadet Pontet castle is located 10 minutes walk from the village of Saint-Émilion. The plots, established on the Argilo-limestone hill of Saint-Émilion, extend over 8.7 ha and consist of 40-year-old vines on average age. Since 2018, the field has been certified High Environmental Value, which rewards work while respecting the environment. The ownership wines are assembled from Merlot (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and then raised in a traditional way in oak barrels for 12 months. The family is waiting for you for visits-tasting to the property, preferably by appointment to make you discover their history and its know-how.
